African American Family Services 
The African American Family Service's Institute on Black Chemical Abuse (IBCA)  offers Adolescent and Adult Outpatient Chemical Dependency treatment Rule 43 programs, licensed by Minnesota's Department of Human Services. The goal of I.B.C.A.'s Outpatient Treatment programs is to provide knowledge and understanding of substance abuse and its effects on biological, economic, interpersonal and spiritual relationships of people of color.

Cambridge Medical Center 
The Behavioral Health Department at Cambridge Medical Center's Adolescent Chemical Dependency program provides services to adolescents’ ages 13 to 18 who have diagnosis related to substance abuse. Services are provided across the continuum of care from inpatient treatment to levels of outpatient treatment.

Maple Lake Recovery Center 
The Dimensions in Recovery program, a division of Maple Lake Recovery Center, Inc. provides outpatient services to adolescent males and females with substance abuse issues. The Dimension program consists of an initial assessment, group and individual counseling, family education and counseling, as well as referral services. The program is based on the 12-Step principles of recovery and is therapeutic in nature.

Regions Hospital 
New Connections Programs at Regions Hospital was created to meet the unique needs of adolescents (ages 12 to 18) experiencing alcohol or chemical abuse. As one of the first adolescent treatment centers in Minnesota, New Connections has been providing hope and recovery to Minnesota teenagers and their families for more than 30 years.
