New Directions of North Central Connecticut  New Directions of North Central Connecticut offers an Adolescent Treatment Group for teenagers between the ages of 13 and 19 years of age. It is a 6 to 8 week group that deals with issues related to alcohol, cocaine, and marijuana abuse. Teens are referred from schools, families, the court system, and self-referred.

Rushford's Positive Step  Positive Step is Rushford’s Adolescent Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment Program. This Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) runs three days a week for three hours a day in Middletown and Glastonbury for youth aged 11-18.
