The trend was brought home earlier this week, when news reports focused on students at two Henrico [Virginia] middle schools sharing the prescription drug Adderall with friends. Most of the parents who attended the Town Hall meeting seemed aware of the problem and were hoping for solutions, the Richmond Times reported. Guest speaker Aleta Meyer emphasized the importance of locking up medications and being aware of the types and quantities of medications in the house.
